Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to room availability and may incur an extra charge.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested in advance through Reception and may attract additional fees.

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a passport or national ID.

At check-out, please hand over the room with all items in place, including bath towels, bed sheets, duvet, pillows, remotes and all other accessories.

Before you leave, the receptionist (porter) will inspect the room to ensure all equipment is in order.

Please keep your room door locked at all times.

Hand over your room key to the receptionist whenever you leave the hotel or check out.

Please hand over valuables, including money, jewellery and laptops, to Reception for safekeeping. Otherwise, the hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft.

Guests of the same sex are not allowed to share or sleep in the same room.

Rooms are strictly for registered guests. The maximum occupancy per room must not be exceeded (e.g. 2 adults per standard room).

Unregistered visitors are not permitted to stay overnight without prior approval and registration.

Housekeeping services are provided daily between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

All guest rooms, balconies and indoor corridors are strictly 100% non-smoking.

A penalty charge may apply for misuse, damage or loss of room items, including towels, bed sheets, room keys, the television, and the TV and AC remotes.
